Project Overview

This food factory required a dependable boiler system to support multiple production processes, including cooking, sterilization, and packaging. At the same time, the client wanted one integrated energy solution that could also meet the plant’s heating and domestic hot water needs.

To achieve this, two 2 ton steam boilers were selected as the core heat source. The steam is distributed to food production lines, while part of the thermal energy is transferred through a plate heat exchanger to produce hot water for space heating systems and employee bathing facilities.
