Wangwang Food Co., Ltd., located in Anqing City, Anhui Province, is mainly engaged in the processing, manufacturing, and sales of various types of puffed food. The steam delivered by the steam boiler will directly or indirectly contact the food, so the requirements for steam quality are very high. After understanding the production needs of Wangwang Food, we provided it with a 10-ton integrated condensing gas steam boiler (WNS10-1.25-Y.Q).
This type of boiler has sufficient gas output and continuous and stable steam output to ensure the normal production of Want Want Food. The thermal efficiency of the boiler can reach about 104%, saving Wangwang Food a lot of fuel costs.
After using the gas-fired steam boiler provided by Dabonn Energy this time. We found that the boiler has an excellent energy-saving effect. The flue gas emission temperature is also lower than the previous boiler equipment. Many of them comply with national environmental protection regulations for boiler equipment.
